After 10 years, it's getting a little monotonous. I haven't been looking for a new one, however. Why is that? Well first of all, I stopped working overtime... that made a huge difference. And second, I love the vacation time (5 weeks/year right now, but when I return to work in August that will increase). Overall, it's not my job that's changed it's my attitude towards it.
