Robin LaRose is quite possibly Vancouver last “old school” radio DJ. When speaking to him you are left with little doubt that he is in the business for the music, and he’s truly passionate and in love with what he does.

Robin hosts the mid-day show on Vancouver’s Rock 101, which includes The Electric Lunch.

I had the opportunity to interview Robin in 2006 about his life and career. It was the first interview I ever did, so I was a making it up as I went along, but while the result may be a little less polished that I would have liked, it’s nonetheless an inspirational look at a would-be architect who followed a passion and is now living quite comfortably in The Limelight.
