Contest: Review The Limelight And Get One Month of Advertising Free

The Limelight is growing faster than ever. Traffic in June was up by over 300% over last month, and the trend shows no signs of slowing. But I want The Limelight to grow even faster, because the faster this website grows, the more great articles I can share with my readers.

That’s why I have decided to run a little contest. Here’s what’s up for grabs:

1. 1000 Entrecard credits
2. Your 125X125 banner advertisement displayed on The Limelight for one month at no charge. Your ad will be displayed on the upper bank of ads. See the advertise page for details.

Entering the contest is incredibly simple. All you have to do is write a review of The Limelight on your blog or website. Your review can be long or short, positive or negative. The only thing it has to have is two links to The Limelight. One link must link to the homepage, and the other must link to a specific post that you enjoyed. You can use any anchor text you want, as long as it is descriptive and relevant. (UPDATE: I have had a few people follow me on Twitter and add me as a friend on StumbleUpon who have not reviewed/blogged about The Limelight, or at least have not emailed me to tell me about it, as instructed at the bottom of this post. I cannot count your bonus entires unless you complete the main requirement and email me to let me know.)

In addition you can gain bonus entries by doing any or all of the following:

1. StumbleUpon a post of your choice, and add me as a friend.
2. Add The Limelight to your Technorati favourites.
3. Follow me on Twitter.

After you are finished, email me with the subject “June 28th Contest”, and include the URL of your review, and your StumbleUpon, Technorati, and Twitter usernames (if applicable). I will chose a winner at random on July 15th, 2008.
