Bush, Governor Blanco, Mayor Nagin and FEMA were literally standing back and watching Americans die in New Orleans days after Katrina, Wal-Mart was truck convoy shipping food, water and supplies to the desperate people trapped in that city and Wal-Mart was opening their stores to supply the volunteer rescuers for FREE.
