Why are there four different shipping classes for Canada?

Tax rates are linked to the shipping zone. Because the rate of tax (HST or GST) differs depending on the province, we must have multiple zones for Canada, even though the shipping rate is the same for all provinces. The number at the end of the shipping zone name represents the tax rate for that zone.

How long will my item take to ship?

It depends on the item. Down-loadable items are delivered instantly, of course, via a secure download link sent to your email.

Other items should ship within Canada, and most likely the US within approximately four weeks. The length of time for international orders to ship greatly varies by country. Please contact us ahead of time is you have any concerns.

Is my order secure?

Yes! Your order is processed securely by PayPal. In fact, we never even see, nor have any opportunity to retain your credit card number when you place your order online.

In addition any pages that collect your personal information, such as names and addresses are on a secure server to protect your information at all times. To verify this, check you address bar; you will notice the “http” has changed to “https”.

Can I pay by check/money order, etc.?

No, we accept credit cards and PayPal only at this time. Your credit card statement will indicate a payment to Limelight Media Inc.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

All sales of digital products are, regrettably, final as it is not possible to return such a product by it’s very nature.

Photographic prints are returnable and a refund will be given less the shipping costs, and a 25% processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs incurred while processing your order and producing your print.

Do I have to pay tax?

We have to charge GST or HST for all residents of Canada.

U.S. and international orders are not subjected to tax.
