The “New” Amsterdam Cafe in Vancouver is pretty much exactly what it looks like. I always find it interesting to observe the people who hang around out front. It really is an eclectic group, no stereotypes here. Then again; in Vancouver pretty much every second person is a pot-head, so how could there be?
